Installing The Monitor.

Do I need to program the sensors?

No, thanks to the pre-programmed sensors the monitor is simply plugged into a cigar jack or any other electric power contact in the cab.

How to set the cold operating pressures?

The cold operating pressures can easily be set in our user friendly monitor interface. Please be advised to set them according to the manufacturer specifications.

Can I set a different pressure for each axle?

Yes, our system allows you to specify different pressures for each axle.

Installing The Sensors.

Method 1 - Tire Changer

A tire changer machine is the most professional method to push the tire bead backwards.



After gently pushing the tire bead backwards simply replace the existing valve by our valve stem mounted sensors in the correct numerical order. Screw down to 5-8 Nm.


Method 2 - Do It Yourself

If you're a professional familiar with agriculture tires you may have your own technique to push the tire bead backwards.

Method 3 - Bead Breaker

When no tire changer machine is available then the bead breaker is the easiest way to install the sensors.
Bead breakers are most helpful for on field installations.
